- Organic Buckwheat Flour

Despite its name, buckwheat is not related to wheat and contains no gluten at all; it’s actually a pseudocereal, similar to quinoa. Our organic buckwheat flour is imported from Mongolia, where it is cultivated in fertile soils, ensuring high quality and flavor. Packed with fiber, protein, and essential minerals like magnesium and iron, buckwheat adds a wholesome, earthy flavor to gluten-free bread, making it a nutritious choice for various diets. - Brown Rice Flour
Made from locally grown brown rice then we freshly grind them, this flour is a gluten-free staple that provides a mild, slightly nutty flavor. It’s high in fiber and protein, contributing to a soft texture and adding nutritional benefits like B vitamins and magnesium. - Potato Starch
